The Dan K Show Launching SCOUTCAST™ for the 2022-2023 NCDC Campaign

The Dan K Show SCOUTCAST™ To Bring Additional Coverage To Junior Hockey

Continuing its role as the leader in all Junior Hockey broadcast and content innovation, The Dan K Show is proud to break the mold yet again, announcing its SCOUTCAST™, coming to the NCDC for the 2022-2023 season.

SCOUTCAST™ will be a technologically and analytically driven broadcast, catered directly at NCAA and NHL scouts viewing on HockeyTV. Content will include detailed stat packages, InStat analytics diving deep into the aspects of each matchup, and academic information and aspirations of each-and-every athlete on-ice. “Our goal with this new broadcast offering is to create content that scouts want to see, easing some of the rigors of scouting hundreds of hockey games nationwide for hockey scouts of all levels,” stated Dan K, Host/Owner of The Dan K Show. “We want this content to not just work for scouts live, but be easy to watch through hours, days and even months after the fact as they strive to find the next diamond on the ice.”

SCOUTCAST™ will launch in 2022-2023 with a 7-game schedule, encompassing one broadcast with all 14 teams in the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC).

Game broadcasts will fall mostly mid-week in the afternoon hours, allowing scouts and college coaches to watch live while their teams are less likely to be on the ice.

The broadcast schedule (see below) will kick-off in Auburn, ME on Wednesday, October 12th as the Twin City Thunder host the Boston Advantage in an NCDC North Division battle at 1:00 pm EST.

“As we perfect the SCOUTCAST model, we will continue to work to expand this production further into the world of Junior Hockey and beyond,” quoted Dan K.

All SCOUTCAST productions will be available with a paid subscription to HockeyTV, the Official Broadcast Home for the United States Premier Hockey League and National Collegiate Development Conference
